Because of the complexity of these roles and locations, we agreed that we needed to not only advertise the vacancies on every leading UK job board but to also set up ‘Search Campaigns’ on specialist candidate databases including LinkedIn Recruiter. This ensured we were able to ‘cast the net’ far and wide in order to get the right candidates from the motor trade.

Results

We have completed several successful campaigns and the client has filled every position via this service. We have managed to reduce the clients overall recruitment spend plus their own internal processes are much more streamlined due to the systems we have put in place. The client now uses us as their first port of call whenever they need to recruit.

The Chimera RPO Solution

We proposed a set monthly fee to the client and give them access to our Applicant Tracking System and Database which would allow them to keep candidates on file for future positions. We would advertise across the leading UK Job Boards and Social Media platforms plus make contact with Job Centres and Job Fairs to ensure a consistent flow of candidates came in each month.

Results

This assignment has been a major success and so much so as this has led the client to sign a long term contract with us. We have literally slashed their recruitment spend in half plus promoted their brand on LinkedIn.

We’ve recruited into marketing functions before so once we’d established the salary, key duties and the potential for growth we were able to advise on the level of experience they could expect. Because this was a new function and there was great scope to build on existing growth with an opportunity for someone to make it their own and test their own ideas we were confident a solid advertising campaign would attract plenty of applicants. We delivered a package covering all of the top job boards and LinkedIn – always a good option for professional roles.

Results

We managed to deliver five candidates to initial telephone interview with three carried through to face to face interviews. The role was offered to a candidate with fantastic experience of digital marketing. He was already in the process of moving back to the general area to settle down with his family so this was a great fit.
